Our Structure
The members run the union and make it strong by standing together and getting involved.
Members are involved in different ways. Some members get involved simply by knowing their rights and supporting their co-workers, others come to rallies and meetings. Members become shop stewards and committee members helping build strong relationships in the workplace. Members also serve on the Union’s executive board, and some join the union staff.
Local 100 has 2 officers, 16 Executive Board members and 3 Trustees. The Executive Board and Trustees are rank and file members of the Union who have assumed responsibility for building the future of Local 100. Bringing their own experiences as food service workers into the governing body of the Union, the board oversees the local’s activities and steers the Union’s resources.
